I didn't hear it, but my mother just said all lawsuits were dismissed. Anyone else hear Garrett's comments?
I don't know if it's possible after the election, but I don't want McCain to just win, I want Zero discredited and exposed completely so that he can/won't ever run for any office again.
I believe the reason BO made a trip to Hawaii last week to make srue the truth stay hidden.
I was there my self & came home last night. That was the talk around the island over the past week.

Last election talk was having Arnold S.- Gov of CA seek the President spot. He was born in another country & everyone was against Arnold. But they are in favor of OB with a poor half brother & Aunt that is illrgal.

If Obama was born in Hawaii these officials would have plainly stated that.
If Obama had been born in Hawaii he would have produced his birth certificate when the suit was filed in Pennsylvania.
All of this is HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS! ( Yes, I am shouting!)
It’s not as if anyone can wave a magic wand and dismiss multiple suits in multiple jurisdictions, simultaneously.
I agree - why doesn’t he just show it if it’s “verified?” And why are his college records sealed? What is he hiding? A person of integrity doesn’t need to hide things - they can live in the light. Only those whose deeds are dark need to hide.
Someone in Hawaii got a big payoff when Obama was “visiting his grandmother” last week.
This whole spiel begs to be parsed. It's entirely possible for a valid, authentic birth certificate or certificate of live birth, to be valid, to be authentic, and to also disqualify Barack Obaba as a presidential candidate under the Constitution. The questions over validity and authenticity relate to the various, apparent fakes that have been circulated on the internet, on of which came from the Obama campaign itself.
An interesting coincidence here. Obama was just in Hawaii, and now the head of Dept. of Health has said he has a certified birth certificate on file. Of course they are not releasing a copy..... I think this guy is a Manchurian Candidate.
This is the last thing I needed to know to understand how to file a case (actually several cases in all states won by Obama) that could not be thrown out and would be decided, after the election but before the Electoral College meets in December.

I didn’t hear but I am sure that’s what will happen. Never mind that no one else has seen this birth certificate. I guess I am cynical but why at this late date did they finally do this without it being seen by someone else?
Major Garret is onboard with Team obama. He’s an asset to their cause.
When they can dismiss the case entirely because its undeniable that obama has proven his citizenship, then I’ll be satisfied. These supposed announcements are garbage and not at the heart of the case. Don’t throw in the towel just yet, its only beginning.

Well, the Voters Court of the United States can make this decision with their votes on election day. Then all the lies and subterfuge can go on over to criminal court for treatment there.

I usually don't wander into these dippy conversations ... but can you explain how and why Obama would even have a Hawaii-issued birth certificate if he was born elsewhere? Facts, not theories, if you don't mind. In other words, how does one get a birth certificate in a state where he/she was not born? Is there a specific provision in Hawaii law that enables a birth that did not occur there to be registered?
The officials state that they have a birth certificate. They do **not** say that it is a Hawaiian birth certificate, or that the existing certificate ( what ever it is) says that he was born in Hawaii.
Also,...it could be a COLB ( Certificate of Live Birth). This means that if Obama was born in Kenya, Hawaii is merely making a record of that Kenyan birth.
The Hawaiian officials who issued this statement are counting on voters ( and stupid reporters) being ignorant of the difference. From your question you seem to have been fooled.

The Clintonista word parsing of these Hawaiian officials is highly suspect.
Anyway, if his birth certificate plainly states he was born in Hawaii then...SIMPLE... Release it Obama! QED!
He has yet to prove he has a birth certificate. That is the answer to your question. Why is it so hard for grown adults to comprehend the basic facts here. obama was asked to produce an original birth certificate and he’s done everything in his power to prevent that from happening. It’s not rocket science.
