WASHINGTON - Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama said Saturday he didn't know that one of his relatives was living in the United States illegally and believes the appropriate laws should be followed.
The Associated Press found that Obama's aunt had been instructed to leave the country four years ago by an immigration judge who rejected her request for asylum from her native Kenya. The woman, Zeituni Onyango, is living in public housing in Boston and is the half-sister of Obama's late father.

Jake Tapper has been of the few reporters to actually do a pretty balanced job. So wait a second, let me get this straight, Obama finds out his Aunt is living in Boston and he is not relieved to know she is alive, well, and healthy, albeit living in a slum.
How many of you know where each one of your Aunts lives??? Surely Obama will now fly to Boston, I mean where did Obama think she was living, did he know she was even alive, Obama should be thanking for the media for finding out information about his OWN family.

I have sympathy for his aunt. First, he never spares a dime to help her. Then, his arrogance leads him to run for president thus exposing her immigration status.
I hope Obama cares more about our country than he does about his family. If he doesn’t, we are doomed.
The list of people in Obama’s life whom it is politically expedient to “not know about” is really astonishing.
I wonder if the aunt feels the same as his grandmother did when Obama threw her under the bus?

The RNC needs to make an ad listing all the things 0bama has admitted to not knowing about, all set to the classic tune, “Don’t know much about history...”
Obama’s illegal aunt isn’t being reported on Foxnews.com, msnbc.com, news.google.com, and many others.
Has anyone heard about this on tv yet? I’ve not seen it reported yet, except on Drudge for crying out loud!
