Update: Fox news is reporting that Obama's pollster is confirming the results discussed here. In a memo sent to the Florida ground operation, he confirms that the polls are tightening up and that GOTV operations are critical and in need of resources in Florida, Ohio, North Carolina, and Virginia. He says that resources are less of a problem in Pennsylvania. When contacted by Fox, he confirmed the McCain release, "McCain is right".

Here in Chesapeake VA there is huge amount of support for McCain. We must win this state and I believe we will.

I just heard on the Bob Grant show (interviewing Peter King R-NY) that Biden has been PULLED from the campaign trail. They initially said he had a “cold”, lol, but insiders say they can’t risk having the human gaffe machine out on the trail.
Meanwhile, Sarah Palin is Standing Room Only/Overflow at every event. Biden can’t fill a high-school gym.

We have heard about the surge in Democrat registration and about how all these Republicans switch parties to vote in the primaries.
We have also heard about Operation Chaos, and how many of these Republicans were intending to vote McCain in the general, but wanted to vote Clinton in the primary to sabotage "The One"
I haven't heard much about the other way around. How many Republicans voted Obama in the primary, because they wanted to put the last nail in the coffin of the Clintons for good?
We have heard estimates of how many Clinton Primary voters will vote Obama in the General, but the real question now is:
"How many Obama Primary voters will vote Obama in the General?"
I heard that too. He's a loose cannon. Worse than Gore.

So, yes, CO looks pretty good. If we turn out in CO, we win and Schaeffer will have a shot.
NV's numbers indicate a 2% Obama lead (same assumptions as above, which are weighted in Obama's favor), long before any of the red counties check in. He needs a much bigger lead in those Dem counties than he's getting, just as Geraghty says in the article.
