So, now the effigy is a black male and not a white woman. The school president plans to personally appologise to the Obama family. Wonder if the mayor of West Hollywood plans to personally apologise to Governor Palin's family? Ahhh, don't answer. I already know that answer!!

The difference between the Palin hanging & Obama is that the law considers the Obama hanging as racist because he's black (historical precedence, etc) and Palin's is just a halloween prop.(no historical precedence)
