On the radio this morning, I heard a McCain commercial about "Liberals in Congress" and how they were after your money.

This is the "pocketbook" approach we've been needing. Finally. Enough with Ayers, hit home on how Obama wants to "redistribute" the middle class's money to his ACORN homies.

Don’t worry. McCain and the rinos can blow it. FR is the best. Maybe we can still drag the old tortise over the line. MSM is in full coverup mode trying to get Obama in at the finish.

I think this is demonstration of decades of revisionist history being taught to our children in public schools and colleges.

Communism is cool everyone. I just listened to some halfwit on Fox News try to sell socialism as all the cool kids do it — and it’s good for us. Police, fire, DPW — it’s all socialism and quite enjoyable.

It absolutely pains me to admit but I would rather see Hillary Clinton have the nomination at this point.

What the hell has happened to our country?

Most people don’t even know what socialism means. McCain had better explain the consequences, and quickly.

Polls indicate that more voters believe they’ll get a tax cut from BO than McCain. Sheesh.

Unfortunately, McCain has stated that he would rather lose like a gentleman than win by being harsh. Sigh.

I don't think Palin would stand for that, not now. Who would have thought we'd be ever facing something like this?

“And they say FReepers don’t influence elections. ;-)”

—when mccain wins - FR should have a special policy-making cabinet position.

The veil on Obama’s Burqua has finally been lifted and he stands exposed as a Marxist-Leninist with ideas developed with his close friends William Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn.

His fundamentally flawed opinion of the US Constitution makes this man unfit to be assistant manager at Burger King, let alone POTUS.

When did he say this?
Also, this is an ECONOMICAL issue, nothing “personal” about Wright etc.

This is good. I think a few photos of Ayers with his red star t-shirt (the one he had on when he called the cops a couple of days ago, I believe) and Barry’s red star motif, combined with the former Soviet red start, might also draw the connection more graphically.

“At the same time, we should remember that a promise to redistribute the wealth is the #1 reason why many are going to vote for Hussein.”

Maybe so, but if we lose, let’s at least lose with all the issues on the table, so everyone is voting with their eyes wide open.

How can someone who is on record as saying that the Constitution is deeply flawed

take an oath of office in which he swears

that he “will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.” ?

In a college class, I had a professor who, in order to make a point, tore a printed copy of the US Constitution in half to make a point. He’s was OK, not a liberal. Obama and his cronies will do it for real, IMO, probably to suit a globalist agenda.

They don’t understand the downside, because they’ve been educated to believe in the “free lunch” and in the idea that wealth is “the” wealth (simply existing) instead of belonging to someone else and having to be confiscated.

Seriously, I’ve had this conversation:
Me: “How do you think we’re going to pay for that”
Lib: “The money’s OUT THERE!”
Me: “Yeah, it belongs to the people who earned it”
Lib: [gobsmacked look, silence]

If Obama Wins, Economy’s Doomed, Peter Schiff, president of Euro Pacific Capital, says a big-government Obama administration would lead to a collapse on par with the Great Depression.Sat 10/25/08 08:59 AM EST — Gregg Greenberg

You have too watch the typical young baby investor ad. Wait a couple of minutes for a very scary summary by Peter Schiff.

Personally, I don’t think that America can stand 4 years of Obama, Pelosi, Reid, Frank, Kennedy, Schumer, Clintoon, Kerry, Dodd and others.
