HONOLULU, Hawaii Although the legitimacy of Sen. Barack Obama's birth certificate has become a focus of intense speculation and even several lawsuits WND has learned that Hawaii's Gov. Linda Lingle has placed the candidate's birth certificate under seal, and instructed the state's Department of Health to make sure no one in the press obtains access to the original document under any circumstances.

I’m thinking that it is a brilliant move. This draws attention to the whole “is he or isn’t he” question. Will the msm pick it up? I think Rush and talk radio will.
How do we know he was not born in Kenya? Do you have a video of the birth in a Hawaiian hospital? I heard she was trying to fly back to Hawaii before the birth.
IL Drivers licenses are worthless. Thats why FL, among other states, will not accept them as primary id documents when you move to FL from IL and try to get a license. They accept most states licenses as primary ID but not IL.
Sorry to burst that bubble, but that claim was a hoax. "TechDude" was a phantom.
But the rest of your post is quite interesting...
The members of the Senate and the House of Representatives are well qualified to adjudicate any objections to ballots for allegedly unqualified candidates.
SCOTUS won’t take the case. They barely take 10% of the cases they have now.
But all this ongoing stuff has got to make even hardcore Obomber supported wonder "what the deal? just release it"
Why can’t they sue in a friendly state? You know each state has to put the people on the ballot. So they find a friendly judge in a friendly state and sue to get his name removed from the ballot until he proves he’s eligible.
I think she’s preparing for that possibility.
Some think he lost his citizenship when he was adopted by Soetoro.
Today, a SS# is given at birth. Anyone know when that actually started? Maybe there's a way to find out when he received a SS#.
Is this who Obama met with while he was there? Hmmmm...Obama goes to visit granny in Hawaii...suddenly the Gov. of Hawaii announces the birth certificate is “sealed”...v-e-r-r-r-r-y inter-es-s-s-s-t-e-e-e-n-g...
This place is looking like DU. Wild Speculation.
Hit them on the facts. Body blows, and kidney punches over and over, then put a point on it with cross hook and an upper cut.
Precision wins. This is tabloid stuff
Ping
you assume the average voter knows the constitution. The average voter (and we’re talking about someone who isn’t already in the mccain camp) thinks: “his mother is american, he lived in America, he’s an American Senator...what’s the big deal?”
sorry for the confusion. That is a quote that appears on the Obama timeline thread. I responded that it may or may not be a forgery, but what is known is that Mr Onaka's signature stamp on the back is interesting because he appears to have graduated in 1965. From what we can tell, it is a computer generated COLB, nothing more, nothing less. In Hawaii, it is considered the equivalent of a real birth certificate. What else is interesting is that an adopted person cannot obtain their long form BC without court order.
well there’s this girl who has a B on her face. That will do the trick!
I think they should both bring out their BC and put an end to it all. It would be easy.
Questions arise about BHO registering with the Selective Service System and his birth certificate during early summer 2008.
08/07/2008...BHO leaves for Hawaiian vacation
08/12/2008...Selective Service System spokesman says that BHO presented himself at a PO in Hawaii to register. (he doesn't say when) He goes on to say that BHO registered “with an EFFECTIVE date of 09/04/1980."
10/24/2008...BHO goes to Hawaii to visit ailing grandmother.
10/24/2008...Berg suit is tossed for “Lack of standing”. News of the suit starts to appear in MSM.
10/26/2008...Governor of Hawaii places Obama’s “official” birth certificate under seal.
Funny how things work out, eh?
“Only reason to SEAL a birth certificate is when the ADOPTION takes over and name is changed....”
Very very interesting!
Oh, SCOTUS can’t be bothered with POTUS eligibility.
Sweet. /s
