Sorry to burst that bubble, but that claim was a hoax. "TechDude" was a phantom.

But the rest of your post is quite interesting...

The members of the Senate and the House of Representatives are well qualified to adjudicate any objections to ballots for allegedly unqualified candidates.

sorry for the confusion. That is a quote that appears on the Obama timeline thread. I responded that it may or may not be a forgery, but what is known is that Mr Onaka's signature stamp on the back is interesting because he appears to have graduated in 1965. From what we can tell, it is a computer generated COLB, nothing more, nothing less. In Hawaii, it is considered the equivalent of a real birth certificate. What else is interesting is that an adopted person cannot obtain their long form BC without court order.
