ABC News' Matthew Jaffe Reports: As Election Day looms just over two weeks away, Sen. Joe Biden, D-Del., said Saturday that with Republicans firing "vicious" and "dangerous" attacks at Sen. Barack Obama, D-Ill., voters are "having a difficult time" opting for the man who would become the nation's first African American president.
"Undecided people are having a difficult time just culturally making the change, making the move for the first African American president in the history of the United States of America," the Democratic vice-presidential nominee said at a San Francisco fundraiser Saturday evening. "So we need to respond. We need to respond at the moment, immediately, not wait, not hang around, not assume any of this won't stick."
"You see these vicious attacks on Barack's character," Biden told supporters. "I mean, this is dangerous stuff these guys are doing. This stuff is on the edge. It's on the edge. You know, there's some folks out there in the community nationwide that aren't as stable as others. It's a very small minority. But having these rallies where people are showing up saying, you know, the things they're saying - I don't even want to repeat them -- it's not a healthy thing."

- who can actually count
- who doesn't want to enable the Government driven redistribution of wealth
- someone who hasn't allied themselves with a group like ACORN a supporter like Ayers, or a Minister like Wright?
- someone with a resume to the Country that actually has meaning
I would LOVE the opportunity to vote for J.C. Watts, although I heard he's turned a bit left on us. I hope it's not true. I could vote for Ken Blackwell or Michael Steele, or a couple of my personal heroes, Dr. Thomas Sowell or Dr. Walter Williams.

In reality, virtually all of the people motivated primarily by race are voting FOR Obama.
Unfortunately, it shows that for Colin Powell and millions of others, race trumps all.
I could not have imagined someone with Powell’s military record able to endorse a far-left anti-military liar and fraud who tried his best to LOSE a war, who publicly derided a distinguished American General who was in the midst of WINNING a great and difficult struggle.
Yet, Powell has endorsed Obama and is trying to tip the election to him with this late-in-the-game timing. Unreal.

To add to your list: I would vote for Walter Williams and/or Thomas Sowell in a heartbeat if they were political candidates, because of their exceptional minds, beliefs, and PRINCIPLES.
Not that they want to be electoral political candidates, but I wish they could be cabinet officers! One could be Secretary of the Treasury and the other could take HUD or Energy or another department related to their economics expertise.
In fact, I would be thrilled to see a cabinet that included Steele - Swan - Watts - Blackwell - Sowell - Williams in whichever cabinet posts made most sense, with any of them as President or VP.
