What???!!!
Jimmy Carter was born in Georgia to a family that lived in Georgia for generations.
James Buchanan was born near Greencastle, PA. He lived in Lancaster a few years practicing law, but he was really the original Washington insider: he went to DC in 1821 and stayed there for 40 years.
Please don't blame Lancaster for these two idiots.
By the way, Buchanan, arguably the worst President, was possibly the first gay President. He never married, was known in Washington as a "flamboyant bachelor," and was thrown out of Dickinson Law school under mysterious circumstances for "unacceptable behavior."
No, I said that Lancaster gave us ONE OF THE TWO WORST PRESIDENTS THAT AMERICA HAS EVER HAD, JAMES BUCHANAN....
I got a chance to visit Wheatland back in the summer, and I also took the time to visit the Buchanan’s gravesite in Lancaster.
I am not blaming Lancaster for Buchanan, but I do so hope that they reject this d-rat on November 4th.
Yes, I agree, I think Buchanan liked to eat that nonregulation chow. I understand that he lived in DC with Rufus King, a Senator from Alabama.
Buchanan was born in a tiny cabin in a hollow in the mountains, two or three counties west of Lancaster. Completely different world. And, anyhow, Lancaster is the most rock-solid conservative area of PA. Your comment is puzzling.
