I had a 67 Corvair that I actually really liked. The thing drove great and got good mileage for the time.

Not for nothing but I saw a very bad accident on Highway 17 in Northern Kalifornia. A Fiero hit the back of a truck at about 45. Immediately another truck hit it in the rear at about 40. The thing folder up like a taco. Both occupants were smears. First CHP on the scene turned an puked it was so ugly. Me? I was fascinated by the engineering failure and totally absorbed by the weakness of the structure.

Worst car I / we ever owned was a 1985 Chrysler New Yorker. There were too many things I had to repair on that thing.
