I believe this strategy should be immediately implemented that the media wont be able to ignore. A lawsuit should be filed in every state challenging obama’s name on the ballot. The lawsuit should seek specifically that the office of Secretary of State did not properly verify and certify that Mr. Obama is or is not a "natural born" citizen by producing original or certified verifiable official documents. This lawsuit should argue that this certification should take place before the election to preclude a constitutional crisis and likely civil unrest should such certification, after the election, prove that Mr. Obama was not qualified for office. So far two lawsuits are pending in Pennsylvania and Washington.
You’re simply not listening. I’m saying that Obama needs to be defeated at the polls. Why that is suddenly a point of contention with so many is beyond me.

Agreed, I see this as a “Call To Arms” for this board.
Every single Freeper needs to be Pinged towards this goal.
We must publicly raise the question of his eligibility.
Every step and attempt to keep him off the ballot in every single county needs to be pursued. Every Supervisor of Elections needs to be contacted and made aware of Berg’s lawsuit and challenged to remove the name of BHO from the ballot.
I bet many of them are unaware that a Presidential candidate is facing a potential disqualification based on his inability to provide proof of eligibility.
The media has hushed it up and the election offices need to receive updated information on the lawsuit. He can not legally run for office with an assumed name of BHO if his name is legally Barry Soetoro or Dunham. Who knows?
Questions regarding his eligibilty need to be phoned into to every local radio station and articles emailed to every paper, discussion board and blog. Force this man to prove who he really is and where he is from. Radio stations in Toledo(FOX), NY(ABC), and San Diego( Roger Hedgecock) have run with it.
Is there one published photograph of the man known as Barack as an infant in any setting? In Hawaii? With his father? With his mother? With his grandparents? Why has his campaign not capitalized on the publicity of a cute kid in family photos in Hawaii? When did the child become Barry Soetoro and the man become BHO? Force the electorate to ask the question, who is he?

I’m listening and the polls don’t reflect the issues or what is good for America and her survival as a FREE nation.
Polls reflect opinions based on smiles, tingly feelings up their legs, false rhetoric, and whose gonna give me the biggest handouts.
Why is it a point of of contention? Well I guess it’s not if you choose Socialism.
So what if we look foolish. We look even more foolish if he is elected and find out later that we could have destroyed him on the issue.

And, BTW, Obama himself won his first office - Illinois state senate - by disqualifying all his opponents on an infinitely more trivial issue ("invalid" signatures on election petitions). So turnabout is fair play!!!
I believe they would want to clear this up before the election. If it turns out to be true; Obama has only himself to blame.
Too little too late. I do think its helpful for some to pursue this. But it doesn't take "every single FReeper" to make that happen. But you go ahead. I have better things to do like doing my laundry or something.
That’s not what I meant by poll. To rephrase. I want McCain to win at the ballot box. If McCain wins on Nov 4 then there will be no doubt. An electoral victory is by far preferable to a victory via a black robed judge. This is just common sense, so I’m surprised at how much resistence there is.
Sigh...I don't know why it's so hard to get such a simple point across. I couldn't care less about Obama. It would be better for John McCain, it would be better for the Republican Party, it would be better for the United States of America for McCain to win this at the ballot box, not in front of a judge.

Yes, I agree it would be better for McCain, the GOP, and the USA for McCain to win at the ballot box. But if it didn’t happen that way, better that the Constitution is enforced against a would-be foreign born alien presidential wannabe.
Dear Ms. Handel: Almost since the start of the campaign I have seen and heard substantive reports that Barack H. Obama does not meet the Constitutional criteria of "native born" to serve as President of the United States. What has your office done to ensure that he is indeed a qualified candidate and qualified to appear on the ballot in Georgia?
In the meantime, if there are any lawyers out there, I think lawsuits asking for an injunction against his name appearing on the ballot are certainly warranted.
Iy won't make any difference. If McCain wins under ANY circumstances, the dims will brand it tainted because of race, etc. How many times have you heard about Bush in 2000 this year?
