US ATTORNEY IN OHIO TO FILE RICO ACTION AGAINST ACORN TOMORROW MORNING
Cowbell theme added; click pic No link. Exclusive. Someone reliable tells me this. Oh, wait. I guess I have to say it: IMPACTING HARD...
Experts believe this is only the first time the precious Cowbell Theme has been so utilized. "It's unprecedented, as far as I know," said Michael Bellesiles, who cited an non-existent microfiche as evidence. "I haven't see cowbell used in such an aggressive, imperialist fashion since the Mixed Media Cowbell Extravaganza of 2006. By the way, American settlers didn't own guns. They hunted with primitive Nerf (TM) technology learned from the Algonquin indians."

They have got to purge all the bad registrations before the election. It is going to be practically impossible after the election and will require a recount where the votes will have to be challenged.

I’ll believe THAT when I see it, too!
I am REALLY becoming cynical about the whole political whorehouse we used to know as our Federal Government!
Agreed, but how do they get all these fraudulent registrations to vote? I'm assuming that they need to do it with absentee ballots. If so, a small group of people could make out 1,000's of ballots as long as they knew the names of the phoney registrations.
I think the FEC has the responsibility to make sure the elections are ACCURATE as well as fair. If the people stop believing in the fairness and accuracy of the elections, they will stop believing in the Federal government. Then, the next step is to disregard the government or leave the union. If it's a joke, why not go do something else? If the government isn't legitimate... well, read the Declaration of Independence and the Heller opinion.
ACORN? THATS NUTS!
I’m assuming in areas heavily populated and run by democrats, they must have full reign at the precincts to do whatever the heck they want with all those blank forms at the end of the night on election night.
“How many more does he need?....Here ya go!”
Very cool! I wonder if this is in relation to the RICO act rumblings out of Chicago, or if this was an independent action?
Does anyone know if there can be more than one federal indictment against an organization like ACORN in more than one Federal Court Jurisdiction Area? For instance, can they file this one in Ohio, and have a separate investigation in Chicago and file one there too - especially if it involves different people (like OBAMA in Chicago for the last 10-15 years?).
