Someone is lying. According to Obama's Kenyan (paternal) grandmother, as well as his half-brother and half-sister, Barack Hussein Obama was born in Kenya, not in Hawaii as the Democratic candidate for president claims. His grandmother bragged that her grandson is about to be President of the United States and is so proud because she was present DURING HIS BIRTH IN KENYA, in the delivery room. -This, according to several news sites and Pennsylvania attorney Philip J. Berg (see video below) who is, surprisingly, a life long democrat himself. Berg is the former Deputy Attorney General of Pennsylvania, and he has an impressive background in his activities as a democrat, but his support for the party seemingly stops when it comes to his trust in Barack Hussein Obama.
Many U.S. voters are suspicious of the Democratic candidate's past, and Berg filed a lawsuit to force Barack Hussein Obama to produce a certified copy of his original birth certificate to prove that he can run for the office of President of the United States. However, he is being fought. The DNC On Sept. 24 filed a motion to dismiss the Berg action. Why? What is there to hide? Why not produce the original birth certificate and be done with all the suspicions against Barack Hussein Obama?

If you’re going to be involved in government in the United States, citizenship is a must. To be a Senator or Representative, you must be a citizen of the United States. To be President, not only must you be a citizen, but you must also be natural-born. Aside from participation in government, citizenship is an honor bestowed upon people by the citizenry of the United States when a non-citizen passes the required tests and submits to an oath.
Natural-born citizen
Who is a natural-born citizen? Who, in other words, is a citizen at birth, such that that person can be a President someday?
The 14th Amendment defines citizenship this way: “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.” But even this does not get specific enough. As usual, the Constitution provides the framework for the law, but it is the law that fills in the gaps.
Currently, Title 8 of the U.S. Code fills in those gaps. Section 1401 defines the following as people who are “citizens of the United States at birth:”
* Anyone born inside the United States
* Any Indian or Eskimo born in the United States, provided being a citizen of the U.S. does not impair the person’s status as a citizen of the tribe
* Any one born outside the United States, both of whose parents are citizens of the U.S., as long as one parent has lived in the U.S.
* Any one born outside the United States, if one parent is a citizen and lived in the U.S. for at least one year and the other parent is a U.S. national
* Any one born in a U.S. possession, if one parent is a citizen and lived in the U.S. for at least one year
* Any one found in the U.S. under the age of five, whose parentage cannot be determined, as long as proof of non-citizenship is not provided by age 21
* Any one born outside the United States, if one parent is an alien and as long as the other parent is a citizen of the U.S. who lived in the U.S. for at least five years (with military and diplomatic service included in this time)
* A final, historical condition: a person born before 5/24/1934 of an alien father and a U.S. citizen mother who has lived in the U.S.
Anyone falling into these categories is considered natural-born, and is eligible to run for President or Vice President. These provisions allow the children of military families to be considered natural-born, for example.

Tinfoil hat time. Third debate done, Obama gets caught in Rezko scandal and is forced to remove himself from ticket. Recruit Hillary goes into full gear. She reluctantly accepts nomination with full warchest. For remaining two weeks her team keeps running McCain commercials praising Hillary.

If they flame you about your Bush statement then they can flame me too. He has been a louzy President except in the days following 9/11.
Don’t think he has the guts to look into this but as President he should be stepping forward to have his Attorney General or FBI confirm if Obama is a citizen. He owes that to this Country.
But he, as far as I can tell, will never have to prove that he is constitutionally eligible to serve.
It’s one thing for the man to be defeated on election day. It’s quite another to disqualify him so close to election day. His electoral loss might trigger riots but the anger would be to the tenth power if he were to be disqualified before November 4th.
He was ELIGIBLE to be a citizen, but he was not a natural born one, if he was born outside of the US. And I don’t think they ever took any steps to make him one.

Yesterday, I read somewhere (I think a Hillary site) that Kenyan documents, such as birth records, prior to 1963 were sent to London for storage, due to circumstances in Kenya at the time.
If true, Is THIS why Corsi went from Kenya to London?

wow, you’re reachin’. You have to look at the law that was on the books back when Obama was born. And at that time you had to be a U.S. citizen for 10 years I believe which she did not meet that criteria. You also cannot have a dual citizenship and Obama had to be an Indonesian citizen to go to school there it was a requirement and incidentally his father registered him as a muslim.
That looks to be the current law not the law on the books in 1961.
