While the two presidential candidates, Senators John McCain and Barack Obama, prepare for their second debate on Oct. 7 at Belmont University in Nashville, Tom Brokaw gets to sift through questions submitted by you. In addition to queries from a group randomly selected by the Gallup organization, Brokaw will be fielding questions submitted online at mydebates.org, the site created by the Commission on Presidential Debates and Myspace. The focus of the town hall-style debate will be domestic and foreign policy, Brokaw's specialties.

I dont know if God cares about the debate...but I know he cares about our nation and the children who will be aborted if Obama is in office....

we pray for the sake of the unborn and our Nation, God’s blessing and the Holy Spirit will give John peace, his mind will be steady, that he will be able to recall what he needs to and his words will be sharp like a sword dividing the lies and exposing truth. For we know the truth always sets people free. Set your people free tonight Lord. Set people free from this trance of lies and this web of deception, set them free from this wolf in sheeps clothing.

I was part of a prayers for Sarah, and I think it worked.

I pray that McCain will have the wisdom, patience, coolness of character, memory, definiteness of purpose, courage to do well tonight. I pray that he will have inner strength.
