PRESIDENTIAL DEBATE #2 LIVE THREAD
10/07/08
Posted on 10/07/2008 2:01:24 PM PDT by TornadoAlley3
While the two presidential candidates, Senators John McCain and Barack Obama, prepare for their second debate on Oct. 7 at Belmont University in Nashville, Tom Brokaw gets to sift through questions submitted by you. In addition to queries from a group randomly selected by the Gallup organization, Brokaw will be fielding questions submitted online at mydebates.org, the site created by the Commission on Presidential Debates and Myspace. The focus of the town hall-style debate will be domestic and foreign policy, Brokaw's specialties.

Obama is full of it talking about his health plan. Computerizing medical records? A little late..... Working with employers to reduce premiums? Baloney! Prevention? Bah.
To: Maneesh
Obama is lying his ass off and McCain is letting it all go by, he's not calling him on hardly any of it. Pathetic.
Palin could do better, Huckabee could do better, Romney could do better...and Rudy would have wiped the floor with him.
Now he'll let Obama get away with the lies about McCain's health care credit...let him, John. Let him get away with it. You have on anything else.

Obama is a master at blaming everyone else but himself, on even the littlest things. McCain has faith in Americans. Obama has faith in himself.

Obama just said that federal health insurance works because it’s a large pool that everyone pays in to, therefore lowering the cost, and wants to apply that to the country.
He doesn’t even understand how his own health care plan works!

I dont think Obama understood the question on health care as a commodity. BINGO! We have a winner! Barry is trying to baffle her with BS.

We’re going to find out if McCain’s got it by how he responds on the taxing healthcare benefits. This upcoming answer is hugh.

Gotta chime in - Sarah Palin will be on the 2012 ticket one way or the other, she is THE rising star we’ve been so desparately needing on the conservative front. That is a real blessing out of this election for sure.

What makes you think if your Senator said anything worthwhile the media would report it?
P.S. At least Brokaw is trying to keep the time limit.

Everyone knows that Bill O’Reilly does NOT want BHO to be the next President. Like I said, your statement could not be further from the truth (meaning reality).
