I heard that one. I can even envision the Obama Corps plan.
Line 32x on the 1040 form, put in the number of community service hours in the Obama Corps, (with documentation, form 1040CS). Subtract 100. If the number is positive, good job comrade, enter 0 on line 32z. If the number is negative, multiply by 50 and put that on line 32z, that is the amount of additional tax you owe.

And does anyone else find it ironic that a black man running for POTUS and his black wife are suggesting slavery in the US, mandated and funded by the government through funds stolen through taxes from the same tax payers they enslave.
