ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (AP) Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin is accusing Democrat Barack Obama of "palling around with terrorists" for his association with a former 1960s radical.
Palin was referring to Bill Ayers, one of the founders of the group the Weather Underground. The group took credit for bombings, including nonfatal explosions at the Pentagon and the U.S. Capitol four decades ago.

There's no defense to this at all. Remeber how Obama looked on the BOR interview, when the Bloviator said flatly he wouldn't associate with anyone like Ayers, left wing or right. Barack looked vacant, like he had no defense or back up plan. You couldn't telegraph vulnerability any harder.
Obama has two problems. The first is that this is a time sensitive attack. If he can't get ahead of this and defuse it quickly, it's going to take hold in the minds of the voters. He *must* do something. That means no more Mr. Too-Cool-For-School. He needs an aggressive, plausible rebuttal, and he needs it fast.
If he tries to duck, dodge, or spin, he risks blowing himself to bits. If he chooses to do nothing at all, the toxic effect of 'terrorist linkage' will burn away his foundation like acid.
So, his only real chance is in trying to prove her wrong. But how do you do that, when your game plan thus far has been to avoid the topic? Because when you get down to it, she's not technically wrong, which means you don't want to get down to it. Ever.
And while he's dealing with this disaster, you can just guess who's Wright around the corner...
Democrats have about as good a record in October as the Cubs.
So many fires B Hussein is trying to put out!

Assuming there are any possible attacks on Sarah that the Obamamedia hasn't already used...
The real problem the MSM had with it was that it worked.
Don't the Socialist over at Google have the ability to wipe all reference from their search service?
It’s traditional for the VP to attack, and the Pres. candidate to do the “above the fray” routine. But McCain will back Palin up when he’s questioned about it.
Keep his worn out defense on the field and unable to substitute.
That’s a tasteless remark about John McCain.
I get annoyed at his ‘reaching out stuff’ but he is the last person you should make a sarcastic ‘heroic’ comment about. He defines heroic.
And, don’t forget, he’s the one who picked Our Sarah.
My thoughts exactly! Was going to post that we now see Sarah’s honesty!
“The only difference between a Pit Bull and a hockey mom is lipstick”
Sarah Palin was telling the truth when she said that! Go, Sarah, let loose you inner pit bull!
The Obama Campaign is ignoring her. They will not even answer the questions... GOOD let it brew. Perception is proof.
OUCH! LOL
I, for one, don't believe the Larry Sinclair nonsense. IMO, he's just some sick degenerate who gets off on the attention. However, Ayers, and his Weather Underground group WERE one seriously demented bunch. And he openly admits it, at least part of it anyway.
New York Times, September 11, 2001:
"He [Bill Ayers] also writes about the Weathermen's sexual experimentation as they tried to 'smash monogamy.' The Weathermen were 'an army of lovers,' he says, and describes having had different sexual partners, including his best male friend."

"when I was getting ready to leave [Bill] Ayers told me I couldnt go until I slept with his roommate and his brother. At this point Bill and I had slept together just once. I was sexually inexperienced, having had only one serious boyfriend with whom I had recently broken up. At first I thought Ayers was joking. I got up; and went to the door. He moved quickly to block me at the doorway. He locked the door and put the chain on it. I went to the couch and sat down and told him that I had no intention of having sex with his roommate and his brother or him. He said that I had no choice but to do as he said if I wanted to get out of there. He claimed that I wouldnt sleep with his married roommate because he was black -- that I was a bigot. I got up from the couch and walked over to the black roommates bed and put myself on it and he ****** me. I went totally out of my body. I floated beside myself on the outside and above the bed looking at this black stranger **** me angrily while I hated myself."

YOUBETCHA GAL ... BRING IT ON!
I am not the one who put quotes around the word, heroic.
Point is, we need heroism now. What is past is past.
OBAMA’s RESPONSE, from Daily KOS/Mainstream Media Chat Board
“Governor Palins comments, while offensive, are not surprising, given the McCain campaigns statement this morning that they would be launching Swiftboat-like attacks in hopes of deflecting attention from the nations economic ills.
In fact, the very newspaper story Governor Palin cited in hurling her shameless attack made clear that Senator Obama is not close to Bill Ayers, much less pals, and that he has strongly condemned the despicable acts Ayers committed 40 years ago, when Obama was eight.
Whats clear is that John McCain and Sarah Palin would rather spend their time tearing down Barack Obama than laying out a plan to build up our economy.”
PERSONAL NOTE- Hey Moron, We HAVE a plan to save our economy:
GET RID OF DEMOCRAT BUDGET-BREAKING CORRUPTION!
BTTT
Yeah that was a pretty cheap shot. The Democrats aren't nearly as inept as the Cubs.
