Okay, folks. Let's keep an eye on this debate and see if Sarah can beat down hairplug.
bingo Boss........
This is a critical time in our nation. Indeed is it an intense battle. Many of God’s children are praying.
Sometimes, when I’m feeling optimistic, I imagine that Sarah’s just like us FReepers and after the debate she showed John where he should have pounced on Obama.
She’s good for him I think.
LMAO!!
I went and checked to be sure before posting again... It was indeed on Monday night at her home...
Oh, geesh... Now the pink-scarfed lady just called Ifill one of the “great moderators” that the commission gets to work with...
She’s being helped to her seat, and is on crutches.
when was this picture taken...at the debate??
He updated it subsequently , but that one definitely won't endear me to many if posted

From news.yahoo.com:
By JIM KUHNHENN, Associated Press Writer1 hour, 23 minutes agoThe stakes were sky-high for Sarah Palin, not to mention Republican presidential candidate John McCain, as she debated Democrat Joe Biden Thursday night amid falling poll numbers and growing voter skepticism.
The Republican governor of Alaska faced off against the Democratic senator from Delaware in the most-anticipated vice presidential debate ever as surveys showed Barack Obama and Biden in a strengthening position for the Nov. 4 election...
Hi :) Glad you’re here.
Well, looks like the gang’s all here. Let’s light this candle.....
I am too, Aria. I can't watch, I am just too nervous.
“has anybody drug tested the woman to see if shes be able to carry out her duties as moderator /sarc?”
Well they ARE claiming that she is UNABLE to take questions at this time.

UPDATE: A Newshour spokeswoman returned my call to Ifill. The spokeswoman said that as a journalist, Gwen has to focus on the task at hand: preparing for the debate (adding that way before this issue came up, [Ifill] decided not to do interviews in advance of the debate). I asked the spokeswoman about the appearance of conflict and she replied that Ifill had proven herself to be fair and balanced and no doubt will be tomorrow night.
I was then bumped up to the spokeswomans boss who said that Ifill had set this aside, was focusing on debate prep, and that he didnt think Gwen is in a position to talk to me about this but that he would try to reach her and ask.
If I hear anything futher, Ill update again.
first thing out of IFil’s mouth is a dig at the Republicans
I’m gonna go watch for a while, save my spot.
Just a question — I have not heard Ifill speak a lot. She does seem to be slurring a slight bit on some words. Due to the pain meds she is undoubtedly on?
Wondering if anyone familiar with her speaking voice thinks she sounds “normal”. :)
That should have been the only Republican response to the debate criticisms. In these interviews, context is everything. If the newspaper question came after several BS questions, I can see her giving a "why the Hell did you ask me that" response. We needed to see the whole thing and Republicans along with the McCain campaign should have spoken to this with one voice.
