Actually, the office of Vice President is defined in Article I, as well...but it's Cheney's interpretation not Biden's.
Article I, Section 3:
The Vice President of the United States shall be President of the Senate, but shall have no Vote, unless they be equally divided.
The Senate shall choose their other Officers, and also a President pro tempore, in the Absence of the Vice President, or when he shall exercise the Office of President of the United States.

I don't think there are many people on FR (and we have a bunch of very sharp people here) who could switch places with Sarah on that stage and not have a meltdown from the stress.
This is my first post on here as it has been running so slow and I think she is doing fantastic. Have to question what debate they are watching if they saw otherwise.
She doesn’t get flustered and Biden looks mad from time to time which speaks volumes.
Names that I have never seen or ones that hit the debate threads with doom and gloom are all over this thread. Guess if they can slow it down, they think they can win.
I would say some of the posters are also very picky on what should be said. Why don’t they try being in a debate even locally? It is not easy.
