He’s always been for Clean Coal? Strange. The Dems are against oil because of carbon dioxide emissions, but they favor "clean coal"? I'm a little confused. Is there some new way of burning coal (carbon) with air (oxygen) that doesn't release roughly the same amount of CO2 as generating the same amount of energy from oil? What are they thinking?
