Both my Senators- Saxby and Isakson are insulting....one office tried to say that the htye got the DEMS to side with htem on the energy bill— (the gang)
have made over 40 calls already today— some staffer in Boehner’s office actually had the audacity to try and lecture me on identifying myself as a blogger when I call!!!
Boehner is voting for bailout after bailout and they want to lecture me over IDENTIFYING myself as a blogger? HOLY CRAPT these folks have BALLS!

I called and emailed my TX reps and said I can’t vote for any Republican that helps to advance a liberal socialist agenda. I said that it’s time to clean house and that I would do my part. Honestly, why waste a vote on a Republican if they are going to side with the dems. The dems NEVER side with conservatives. I’m fed up.
I know I’m going to be reading the thread for a play by play when I get out of my meeting.

I am also sicker than I have ever been at the DBM. I will not watch ABC, CBS or NBC (inc. CNBC and MSNBC) at all and I have drastically curtailed my watching of the FNC.
The talking heads are making my head explode.
I hope Rush mentions all the absolutely ridiculous pork that's in this Senate bill. Granted, that was in the original bill to which the bailout bill was attached, but it's going to absolutely make people livid when they hear what's in that bill.
Hopefully, the House will stand firm again.
Voting for alternative Republicans is only an option at the primary level. Once you are at the general election level, anything less than a party vote begs us to lose seats, forfeit control and subject us to anything Democrats want to cram down our throats.
