Cafardi is a civil and canon lawyer, and a professor and former dean at Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh. Well, doesn't that explain it? Mr Cafardi needs to talk to another canon lawyer: Archbishop Raymond Burke in the Vatican immediately. I believe Archbishop will set the good lawyer straight.

Like so many Catholic intellectuals in Europe, love and active life in the Church may die, but they will help save socialism. It is no accident at all that the culture that comes from the Church is dieing in Europe. Catholics there, themselves, became political allies with Marxists of all kinds, on “social justice” issues. The socialists liked the support but that did not bring them to the faith - why bother, the Catholic think like we do and we don’t need the faith.
Now the process is expanded here in America.
