I am so frustrated with the McCain campaign. I sent an email this morning both to this Campaign office as well as senate. He needs to be more aggressive and describe the past DEM policies that created this, as well as the solution forward.
This nice guy approach is killing him. All..please send messages to his Campaign...time is short.
AMEN!!
AMEN!!
You can’t tell john jack. He is slightly better than Bambi. If he isn’t listening to Newt etc he won’t listen to anyone.
I just sent him a pretty harsh email myself:
Dear Senator McCain,
I just want to know how you can be so tone-deaf. How is it possible that you could not see that nearly 80 percent of America is against this bill?
America wants a conservative solution that ADDRESSES THE ACTUAL CAUSES OF THE PROBLEM!!! Not some pathetic socialist ‘bailout’ with ZERO growth plan, zero reform, and zero brains behind it.
So, it’s voted down and what’s your response? To rebuke congress for doing the right thing, accept the premises of the leftist media, and say that the bailout scam has to happen whether people like it or not. Some ‘maverick’. Way to ‘put the government on the side of the people’.
You have squandered every bit of good will that you gained by picking Sarah Palin as your VP. Now, you’ve brought her down with you and hitched her to feckless RINO positions.
Shame on you, Senator McCain. This isn’t putting your country first. This is putting Washington go-along-get-along feel-good ‘bi-partisan’ CRAP first. You seem to care more about whether the Democrats like you or not than actually doing the right thing for this country. That is unconscionable.
Your position on this bill stinks and so does the last two weeks of your campaign.
I had hoped that you had changed for the better. Unfortunately, now I see that you’re the same old John McCain who sticks his thumb in everyone’s eye until America screams loudly enough for him to FINALLY hear them.
Well, the problem is, Senator, we don’t have time to play this game. The election will be over by the time we scream loud enough to get it into your head to actually do the right thing here! Washington DOES need to act, but it doesn’t need to REact with socialism!!! If we’re going to go down a socialist route, what do we need you for? We can do it in style with Obama and get ourselves all kinds of goodies while we do.
As someone who was excited by the addition of Sarah Palin to the ticket, I’m writing to tell you that I am angry, demoralized, and thoroughly fed up with this kind of behavior from elected Republicans. Oh, and by the way, the next time your opponent says he wants to cut taxes for 95% of the public, leaving himself open for a retort, hows about saying that you support tax cuts for tax cuts for 100%??!! If you need someone to explain to you why that is a good idea, I’m sure Thomas Sowell will make himself available for an hour or so.
Thank you,
If he gets thousands of emails...he will. Otherwise he loses big, in a landslide. Right now is the moment..if he fails in the next couple days the election will roll right by him.
He’s not listening.
I did the same and called the RNC.
i have been calling congressman barney frank
nancy pelosi and john mccain and asking why barney frank is still involved when he denied there was anything wrong with fannie for years and has been romantically involved with Herb Moses the former head of fannie mae
bttt
Good letter. Wasn’t it Palin who said they are going to Washington to work for the American people?
Good luck getting Mr Reach Around...er..Reach Across to care what the little people think.
I think the guy we need to get to is Steve Schmidt...he'll take these bastards on and make them hurt!
Can you provide email addresses?
When you contact him ask for a transcript of his interview today on Fox & Friends, the one where he sates he supports the bailout!
