I received a copy of “Agreement in Principle” relative to the $700 billion “bailout” being proposed and supported by Senate Democrats. The one page agreement from the U.S. Senate Banking Committee details guidelines to be put in place relative to taxpayer protection, oversight and transparency, home ownership preservation and Funding Authority.

You are 100% correct. That didn’t really sink in to me until this morning. We have to defeat this or we’re toast for sure. Our country will be firmly Socialist, and the Donks will have control (via their shadow orgs like ACORN) that will be nearly impossible to wrest away. Thank God that most R’s in the House still seem to be opposed to this nightmare.

It is indeed. I didn't think the vileness of these scum could surprise me, but I am staggered by their sheer nerve. They believe they have already taken over the government and turned us into a Communist state run by ACORN and their ilk. Hopefully they're in for a HUGE surprise in this election--not only a landslide for McCain but by sweeping the Democrats out of Congress.
Odd how the list of those groups Dems want to get money is almost the same as those who belong in jail for causing the whole mess.

I’ve had 33 years of personal and political distrust for McCain, but based on this one thing alone, If he can (and will) personally block this and present it forcefully to the American people so that they can perhaps at last understand what the Democrats have done and are trying to do, I’ll give him my whole hearted support.
