I believe this is still more speculation. I took a look at it yesterday. I may be missing something, but the link as I understood it was based on the speculation of a commenter at one of the blogs. I think it was terryfrank.net. He used a search engine for the Kernell and came up with a video of Plouffe. The commenter speculated that Kernell may have "made" the video for Plouffe. It seems like a real stretch to me at this point. There were other videos on the same search that included Borat meeting with David Letterman. Maybe there are more details that I'm missing, but when I heard that claim I almost jumped on my keyboard to start digging.
