The way the electoral college works, we will not be voting for McCain or Obama. We will be voting for electors who are pledged to McCain or Obama. If Obama is found ineligible, and the Dem ticket wins, then the Dem electors may select Biden, or the Dem party may instruct them otherwise. We might even get Hillary.
I’m assuming that this is a plan hatched by Bill and Hill et al.............for it to work, o’momma must be first elected, and that is beginning to look like a long shot, but......if this Complaint has credence and standing and some judge doesn’t dismiss it, due process will bring the truth to light......at which point o’momma would resign or be impeached.......o’biden becomes president, and appoints hillary.......next act would be o’biden has health probs or some such and resigns, making hillary prez.......

During discovery, both sides present their evidence to the court and to the other side.
If Mr. Obama has a valid Hawaii birth certificate, it would be wise for him to produce it during the discovery phase.
For Mr. Berg to prove his claim that Obama is ineligible, he will need to provide documentary evidence to that effect.
If Obama can not produce a birth certificate, or refuses to do so, then this story will go quickly from being a side-show to a major scandal in very short order.

He still has to provide a valid birth certificate to the Federal Court to make this lawsuit go away.
A number of state’s Attorney Generals are also saying that they want evidence of his birth before they will put his name on the ballots in those states.
This shouldn’t be a big deal IF Nobama has a valid birth certificate showing his place of birth.
The rest of the USA citizens have this document. I couldn’t even open a bank account without showing one 3 years ago. Also, to get my driver’s license.

The purpose of this exercise is to have Barrry Obama, deliver a proof for the United States Constitution.
BHO/DNC will lose 100% of the black vote if BHO is disqualified. It would be an instant victory for McCain-Palin. The media would try to equate this to McCain’s birth in Panama Canal zone....no luck though.

A birth certificate isn’t necessary for a US Passport.
A “Statement of No Record” and a DS10A signed by an older blood relative suffices.
But, in Obama’s case, I’m going to assume he merely renewed his mom’s ‘family passport’ that he traveled under as a baby.
