THE high-heeled, moose-hunting governor of Alaska has sent Barack Obamas campaign into a state of panic as support for the Democratic presidential candidate haemorrhages in the battleground states he must win to reach the White House.
Sarah Palin, 44, continued to scythe through Obamas support among women by taunting the first potential black president for declining to choose Hillary Clinton as his running mate and by declaring that questions about juggling work and family were kind of irrelevant in the modern age.
The mother of five, who has been called Xena, the warrior princess, said in a television interview: I think hes regretting not picking [Clinton] now, I do. What determination and grit and even grace through some tough shots that were fired her way - she handled those well, Palin said.
She presented herself as a champion of no-fuss, no-non-sense working mothers. Of course you can be the vice-presi-dent and you can raise a family, she said brightly. Im the governor and Im raising a family.
...The Democrat cheers that greeted the selection of veteran senator Joe Biden, 65, the chairman of the Senate foreign relations committee, as Obamas running mate have died away.

Which BTW explains why they ran the One. If you have a gimme and you are rats you may as well run the most rabid marxist, racist you can. And, run the dope Biden to signal they is plenty of room for all Dem snots at the trough for the old money crowd.
Actually, I think Biden will dump 0bama.
And from some comments I have heard from Dems, 0bama might want to consider a food taster.
All you have to do is go to DU and you realize they are not dealing in reality (Obama voters that is.) If his supporters are any indication of the arrogance in his campaign, then there really is a problem. I imagine it’s frustrating the Dem insiders to no end. I’ve even noticed liberal journalists trying to give Obama pointers how to get back on his game.
A good pic who can give her own opinions not a lap dog with credentials. Wonder if Barry thinks he got in over his head....
Wonder how Michelle feels about trying to destroy her based on ....um......she’s running aginst Obama only reason for a
knee cappping....
To paraphrase COl. Troutman from RAMBO: IF you send that many men after PALIN take plenry of body bags. HAHAHAHA
But exactly who is he?
God Bless the UK press (and thanx to God for the Internet).
The Brit press is liberal, but the US LameStream Medjia is so far Left beyond simple bias, that it makes the Brit press look neutral in comparison.
Brilliant!!! LOL!
OMG!!
Tina Fey!!! Are you listening???
SNL writers? Are you reading this!!!!
okay, yeah, i think Fey is cute ... and if she's wearing a skimpy outfit that shows off her legs so much the better...
Not by anyone with any sanity.
Looks alot like Cindy McCain.
Food-taster---no. Sex-reassignment surgery---yes.

Sarah taunts Obama about VP choice. Biden taunts self about VP choice. All of this makes me very, very happy. Now I’m off to put lipstick on my fish and then let it ride my bicycle. What a world, what a world!
Good One! Thanks for the laugh.
I'm having that thought - he's trying to find a way out/
Heck, HE's been in Washington since 1973. Time to retire anyway. He took a last shot = with visions of being the next president.
That ain't gonna happen and his window is slamming shut. Go out with the bit of dignity you might still have, Joe.
These guys are quick.
BTW, I live behind enemy lines here in NY.
“Now if Obama does try to switch from Biden to Clinton, it will look like hes following Palins suggestion.”
I really think there’s more and more of a chance of this happening. Hillary on the ticket gives Obama a much better chance at the Whitehouse then Hillary steps in after 8 years max. If McCain/Palin wins Hillary may have to wait 16 years!!!
