Barack Obama gets back on the campaign trail with his middle class message today after taking some time out for fundraising.
He'll appear at a rally at the Walbash Valley Fairgrounds in Terre Haute, Indiana.
Last night, rocker Bon Jovi hosted a fund-raiser at his New Jersey mansion for about 100 Obama supporters.
Earlier, in Pennsylvania, Obama seized on the new jobs report as part of his strategy to tie Republican John McCain to President Bush's economic policies.
Obama said the recently concluded GOP convention focused on its nominee's biography and "didn't say a thing about what is going on with the middle class."

Well, my household of five voters are ALL voting McCain/Palin. My daughter, son-in-law, and numerous of their friends are all voting McCain/Palin. And I live in the very liberal Porter County of NW Indiana..... My former DIL is voting Obama, but she is a major ditz. Bought into all that ‘change’ and ‘hope’ stuff, but totally clueless about what kind of change Barry has in mind, and doesn’t believe it when told the facts.

Indiana has gone Republican in all but one presidential election from 1948 on. (The only exception was Johnson in ‘64 over Goldwater in a huge national landslide.) So let Obama waste his time there.
I hope Mc’s lead expands there a little......
