ArcXIX is the Kos diarist who started all this stuff on the Palin family and the baby. ArcXIX has pushed the story that Sarah Palin's youngest child is really Bristol Palin's child.
If you go here, you will find a profile of a user at the 1up.com website.
If you follow the Google Cache, that was oddly changed on August 31, 2008, you will notice that the user's AIM user ID is ArcXIX.
Is 24 year old Charles Hartley the diarist?
Is this the person who started all the trouble for the Palin family? And if so, is he connected to the Obama campaign? I think we should find out.

At first I thought this couldn’t be the right guy, his being in San Deigo not Columbus... but... check out his July 28 post... he went to “Comic-Con”.
That’s in line with all the other stuff that’s been found out about “Charles Hartley”.

Who is ArcXIX?

Are all the posts on that page from July 6, 2005? It looks like it. He mentions this: "Birthdays...... are flooding in, including my own. Remember to [missing photo?] your hounds." Could mean his birthday is around July 6.

Yeah, I saw that. And I believe that it is a shill cover by the Obama camp to get stuff out there to be used anonymously. I’m not a computer wizard who can do research such as this so I have no idea where to turn once pages are dumped. But it would seem that there has to be data out there somewhere, on some server, that would provide what’s needed. How to go about discovering it is another story.
Right. That’s what that website is for.
Oddly, (or not so oddly) his name is on the cached page, but has been scrubbed off the current version.
