"Historian" Beschloss is either a moron or a liar. Here's what I heard him say on PBS last night:
Sarah Palin 'exceeded expectations'
MICHAEL BESCHLOSS, Presidential Historian: Well, I think it happened, Richard. One note on political theater. You'll note that, when John McCain came on stage -- this is a first in history -- a presidential candidate and a vice presidential candidate hugged in public.....
About a third of the way down this page:

Maybe Mister Historian should check out this blog, about 4/5 of the way down the page, "Obama bin Biden - Feeling the Love Part 2.....What is it with Democrat President and Vice-President wanna-be's and their passionate desires?...."

House Majority Leader Pelosi has 5 children and a very burdened life.

Bristol isn't really a kid. And she's old enough to take care of the younger siblings. Their dad is also at home, and not on the campaign trail.
Contrast that with Michele and Barack, who are both campaigning, many times separately. So - who's talking care of their 2 daughters!

After Governor Palin’s amazing speech I actually switched around and wanted to see the reactions of the MSM reporters.
The group on ABC seemed the fairest, Diane Sawyer in particular and even George S, were impressed and said so. Brain Williams and that groups of clods on NBC, got off the air as soon as possible and looked depressed. I caught the last of Couric, and I thought someone had just whispered in her ear, that her entire family had been killed in a fire or something. She looked like she would be on suicide watch after she unplugged.
Then I went to PBS and this tool Beschloss was trying to take the wind out of her sails, even though the guy from Time - Brooks was telling everyone what a great speech it was, it wasn't as one turd tried to frame it something Rush Limbaugh would say - ( as if that ‘s supposed to be a bad thing). Brooks said it was nothing like that, it was more rooted in common sense, appealed to the average person. The more he liked it, the more the others choked.
Beschloss showed himself to be the arrogant, elitist, biased hack he always has been, Difference last night was that it more obvious what a biased hack he is. You think he would have been clever enough to say a few nice things, but no, he simply attacked her and came off as such a pompous ass...
And people wonder why I don't donate to PBS.. I refuse to fund this kind of liberal propaganda.

And apparently they are the womans burden, because no one has even mentioned how many children McCain and Biden have. I actually dont even know myself. McCain has seven children. Two are stepchildren who he adopted during his marriage to Carol (her children from her first marriage). They had one child together. He had three children with Cindy. The last child is Bridget, the child adopted from Mother Teresa's orphanage.
Biden has three; the two sons who survived the accident that killed his first wife and infant daughter, and a third with Jill, his current wife.
I think this is right. But what I find more interesting is 12 children on the GOP side and five on the RAT side. I have to wonder if it could be pattern.

Great point, Libertee....the marxist media and the radical-controlled political party of "feminism" crucify women at every opportunity.
The bodies of Kathrine Harris, Linda Tripp, Hillary Clinton, Geraldine Ferraro and others are nothing more than past or present targets for road kill we all saw on the Iraq Highway of Death.
Even the hag women in the sexist Left hate women.

After Sarah finished her talk, and then joined her family, held her baby, that picture was priceless.
From my post last night:
Howard Wolfson--she gave a heck of a speech, sticking the knife in Obama with a smile. She was very, very good. The shot at the end with Sarah and her family on stage was priceless...you can't buy that. The Dems have reason to be concerned! Quite impressive.
Chris W.--well, we had you here to say something critical, so say something critical.
Howard tries with some of the issues but goes back to praising her!

but this IS NOT the story of that panel....that POS LAWRENCE ODonnell said no one is asking questions of her 5 kids...He demanded to know who will care for those chillens and AMERICA will not tolerate a pol wife... America won't tolerate a political wife and mother? Where's the same outrage over what O'Donnell and the rest of the libs are saying about her and her parenting in front of the country that they had when Rush wondered aloud about Her Heinous aging in front of the country?

BTW, King George III, who was considered to be a pretty good monarch (the Am. Rev. was not a huge issue in England) had 15 kids.

In the beginning I was really impressed with Palin, that is, until I heard her speech last night. I thought it was divisive, immature and lacking in substance. Do you really want her finger on the button?
