I think so.

Democrats are shooting themselves in the head.

Keep firing.

The husband’s dui from 20 years ago is just a ridiculous issue. Betty Ford was a full blown alcoholic (I believe when Ford was president) and was regarded as a hero for getting treatment.

If McCain dumps Palin, the race is over. Period.

This election is coming down to a race between the latte sipping, arugula eating, political in-crowd and the beer drinking, hotdog and hamburger, average Americans.

Equating McCain to Mondale.

Funny stuff.

McCain isn’t getting rid of her.

It’s petty simple. She has been compared to Clarence Thomas, and there is truth to that. But as of right now, what we’re experiencing is similiar to what they did during Katrina. Throwing out rumors, smears and hysterics that had nothing to do with the truth on the ground. They hope to accomplish the same result here. Permanent damage of the characters of Palin, McCain and the party in the public’s eyes.

During Katrina Bush didn’t fight back and the members in the Party didn’t fight back. So it worked. So far the Party is holding strong behind her, the campaign is holding strong behind her. So WHEN Sarah comes out tonight and lays it down for everyone, we’ll have seen an entirely different response to the rumor mongering and smears of the Left and, I suspect, the public’s response will be different then the Left intended because of it.

The biggest reason Hurricane Gustav evacuation was such a success- we have a Republican governor in Louisiana, not Kathleen Blankstare (who, unless someone tells me otherwise, called DNC chair Howard Dean and Dean told her to not do anything so the situation would get worse). Just like Haley Barbour, and the other GOP governors in the Gulf States, this time everything was smoothly run.

What’s all this “Stick with Sarah” stuff I’m reading about? Can there be any question that she is the VP Candidate for the GOP this time ‘round?

Palin is a GENIUS SELECTION for the GOP, the one thing that will dash Obama’s Audacity of Hope, and the one thing that Beast-proofs the White House for the foreseeable future.

Bags I most of the calls for Palin to step down will bhe coming from the Democrats: they’re afraid of her!

Here in New Zealand, the left are howling with rage over Sarah. You see, they had already selected their boy Obama as your next President: you guys just hadn’t ratified it with your votes yet. Now Sarah comes along and spoils all their fun. You should hear their squeals of fury!

The Establishment press needs to be vetted for lynching a 17 yr old girl. If they hate her, then I love her. Anybody who doesn’t realize they are shilling for the DNC hasn’t been paying attention.

I do not think that John McCain has any intentions of dropping Sarah Palin. Now as McCain keeps Palin as he always intended some irrelevant people will tell us that it was their pressure that forced McCain to keep her. This is the same when McCain never intended to choose a pro-abortion VP but some irrelevant people on our side created a story that he was going to choose a pro-abortion VP and then when McCain chose a pro-life one as he always intended the irrelevant people told us that it was their pressure that forced McCain to do so.
