Actually, if you read the article, McCain knew about before he chose her. But decided it would not affect his decision to choose Palin.

If this is true, the MSM is going to crucify that poor child, not to mention what they’re going to do to Governor Palin. How sad for this family.

but, she the mother of the down syndrome baby is NOT her daughter.
To: vladimir998
It means her daughter will not be able to fulfill her duties as second daughter. Without those duties being fulfilled, down goes the republic. /s

Palin is still a great candidate. Far better than anything on the democratic ticket.

Good for Bristol.
And I hope she has 10 or 15 more babies after this one.

Who cares? It will matter what she chooses to do. I think this used to be much more prevalent than it is today. Today people can pretend it doesn’t happen with a paid-in-cash abortion and then they don’t have to talk about it at the country club.

Great, just when I thought I could go a few minutes without a story about her.

Senior McCain campaign officials said McCain knew of the daughter's pregnancy when he selected Palin last week as his vice presidential running mate, deciding that it did not disqualify the 44-year-old governor in any way.He knew.
To: pissant
According to the article, McCain was aware!

How is that? Trig was born in april. Ample time for her to get knocked up again. HOWEVER, that is a BS smear, regardless. Palin was waddling around ALaska for months with trig in belly.

So? Actually, this is not a good thing. It is a statement that some of those familly values that Sarah is advancing could not even be passed along to her own kid.
I still like Palin, but, if true, this is not good.

It says he knew..heck in most of these political families something is going on with the kids ...hard to avoid

So much for Bristol being the father of baby Trig. He was born in April and she’s currently five months pregnant.

To: WackySam
Obama and the libs would have aborted the child and it would be a non-story for them.
If the story is true, it just shows the Palins experiencing some of the same issues that many families, (voters) face today.

I'm surprised they did not keep this under wraps till the weekend before the election.
For all those interested. Rush Limbaugh is replaying his 20th anniversary show today starting at 12 Noon EST. Just started.
