Just a guess and I hope I'm wrong, but I expect the new spin to be: Oh sure, now that LA has a Repuuuuublican Governor, they get first class care. When a fine upstanding Democrat was governor, they got stiffed.
If so, there will be no mention of all the times Bush begged to be allowed to come in and help and Blanco et al stiffed HIM! It will up to us to point it out.
Wow,what a find, this lady has done it all the story needs to get out.!! Now military experience, can’t get much better!
More on Sarah Palin
Compare Sarah Palin to Ginger Rogers and Obama to Fred Astaire.
Anything he can do, she can do better... and backwards, and in high heels.
Don't know, but McCain has chartered a plane to fly delegates back to LA and MS, and has directed the convention to take a new direction and new look (details later this p.m. from the RNC).
Palin has the potential to peel away votes from some unlikely places: Hillary Democrats. I may not agree with them. But if they vote for my team, McCain/Palin, I will welcome it.
From the Hillary forum:

Twenty years ago that would have sunk a candidate.
Today it takes about 20 minutes on the net by the New Media to counter it!
All I can say is Wow!
Hahahaha good one Morgan!
Interestingly this plays right into Palin's EXPERIENCE and gets back on that track as well.
John McCain being 72 years old has nothing to do with his health or how long he will live. Life is fragile no matter how old we are. Just look at what happened to Tim Russert.
Thank you for reducing it to the essence. I've been fumbling, but now there is a simple, pure response.
Exposure isn't experience.
I should have said "Life is fragile no matter what age we are"
Alaska is totally bordered by two foreign countries, but since neither one is inside the Beltway, they are invisible to the Inside Crowd.
Norm Coleman just astutely pointed out on FOX the difference that a Republican Governor of Louisiana is already making.
You confuse positive energy with the feeling of being drunk on Kool-Aid.
McCain/Palin 08: a winning combination for Americas future.
You got the order wrong. It's Palin/McCain. But hey, it's okay, after all, you're drunk on Kool-Aid, eh?
Someone mentioned that Sarah knows which leaves to use if TP is not available!
I hope so. Sarah can helpfully point out how they mishandled their weapons.
I think so too.
The worst case scenario....meanwhile Obama can “step up” from day 1?
That dog simply won’t hunt.
McCain has hamstrung the hypocrats with his selection, disarming them with experience, gender, age, DC insider, etc.
It leaves them with race and McCain has been so careful, everytime it’s brought up it’s ObamaNation that has to play that card, not the other way around...
full blown panic mode and I JUST LOVE IT!
Remind me of a joke but I can’t post it here. ROFLOL
Yes, thank you for asking. I am drunk on Koolaid.
What are you drunk on? 80 or 60 proof?
Do you have anything other than insults to discuss?
McCain/Palin ‘08: “John Wayne” McCain, American Hero and Sarah Palin, the future of the Republican party.
Get used to it.
