The McCain/Palin slogan contest
08/30/2008 | PhilosopherStones

Posted on 08/30/2008 12:41:38 PM PDT by PhilosopherStones

Winner gets bragging rights and a tingly feeling up the leg.

I'll start with a few:

Sarah Palin - "half a heart beat away". Barack Obama - "Zero heart beats away."

"I cling to my guns when I'm hunting moose and cling to my religion when I'm taking care of my family."

"For Sarah Palin to become President, I would have to die in office. For Barack Obama to become President all you have to do is pull the wrong lever."

"Our Veep can beat up your Veep!"

"I can play basketball. Can Barack Obama hunt?"

"Hey Hillary! How you like THEM apples!"

I like their early stuff before they became a Dianne Warren cover band. I think most of the classic rockers I like are liberal. Except for Nugent. It would be a big mistake to play cat scratch fever as she hits the stage, although I’d certainly get a belly laugh out of it.

The fact is ANY executive experience (even of a small town) is better preparation for the chief executive’s office of the Presidency than legislative time in the Senate, (or “community organizing”).

McCain Palin, Obama flailin’

Our VP nominee is better than your Presidential choice.

Obama wants to raise taxes and kill babies. Palin wants to raise babies and kill taxes.

McCain/Palin - From Tucson to the Yukon

A bad day Hunting Moose Beats a Good day With Obama in Office !

Hillary made cracks in the ceiling; Sarah took a sledgehammer to it!

Palin was hunting moose in the snow, while Obama was snorting snow up his nose

I'll have to trim it up and repost it when I get home.

Yep. Barry, the top of the ticket has the least executive experience of any of them. And I haven't discerned any leadership qualities in him, either.

And I've been paying attention.

Teddy Roosevelt was governor for the same length of time before he was VP and he was President after only a few days. How’d that work out for everyone?
