Obama's Plane Palin Problem
Fox News ^ | 8/29/2008 | Major Garrett

Posted on 08/29/2008 4:02:31 PM PDT by SunStar

Did the campaign suddenly regret failing to take note of Palin's unique place in American history as the first woman tabbed by the Republican Party as a vice presidential nominee? Did it regret missing an opportunity to tell women (especially Hillary Clinton loyalists) across the country that Palin deserved at least a cursory compliment before being subjected to the natural rough-and-tumble or presidential politics? Did it regret a swift descent into the negative, back-and-forth politics that Obama has so earnestly railed against?

It would appear so.

The idiot fred barnes on the All Stars segment tonight, actually stated that Sarah was "equal" (she is so far ahead of that slime-ball muzzie) in experience to osamabama (like that man child has had any accomplishments in his entire life)... and when asked why he thought that by hume, he answered that it was because of the wonderful campaign that barry has run so far. juan and kondracula said she was completely inexperienced... a real Dan Quayle... and that she was a HUGE mistake. Krystal looked like Reagan in comparison... he laughed at how “inside the beltway” the group was... and if Krystal calls you “inside the beltway”... you are too “inside”!

But remember those 75000 wackos were from all over the country not just in Denver.. So that being said the voter fraud this year is going to make chicago look like candy land in comparison.

Is this the SECOND time in her adult life that Michelle Obama is proud of her country?

After all, the GOP has chosen a WOMAN for VP; it's a HISTORIC moment for these United States.

And 01-20-09 will be an even MORE historic moment for women in America, as McCain takes the oath of office, and Palin becomes the FIRST woman vice President; leaving Nancy "9%" Pelosi in the dust.

Between boxes of Kleenex, will Michelle Obama be proud of her country then?

It certainly an interesting contrast when paired with the truly congratulatory statement made by McCain last night toward Obama, isn’t it?

Bump!

They were able to fill 75,000 in INVESCO Ctr.

Not to worry...shoot, they fill Bristol Motor Speedway with more than twice that many people twice a year.

Gotta keep this in perspective.

They are beginning to realize that there's a huge wave gathering on the horizon...a political tsunami that is going to roll over them.

Someone on another thread just posted a poll from AOL with over 350K responses showing McCain/Palin with 63% and growing, and the EV from every state in red (with only DC going for Obama).

I'd guess the majority of AOL customer base is left of center.

Yes, but how many of the 75,000 were employees of the mainstream media? I'm sure every TV station and newspaper in the land, and from every other country on the globe, had a team on the scene bringing the latest coverage.

That was Obama being Obama, and he can’t take it back. He had no problem with the knee-jerk coming out of his campaign until several HOURS after the fact. He must have poll-tested poorly on that “small town mayor” bit.

Yes it is. We need a landslide against Obama so that the like of him never comes around again...and I believe we may get it.

“Yup. I said to the wife this morning, as soon as Palin finished her speech, “McCain just won the election today.”

Funny, This morning my wife turned to me and said “they just won the election!”.

“I agree, but they still have great ability to do the Democrat bus ‘em to the voting booths thing, which continues to worry me. They were able to fill 75,000 in INVESCO Ctr.”

Who were the opening bands?

Did any of the talking heads with the MSM refer the choice of Palin today as ‘Historic’?
