Vermonter has been fighting cancer for many months. Sadly, His family just let us know that his fight is nearly over.
From his daughter, Denise:
"My dad’s battle with cancer is coming to a close. He is peaceful now at home under my care and my mom’s with hospice support. I want to thank you and everyone that has sent him prayers over the course.
Pancreatic cancer is an ugly cancer and hopefully someday they will find a way to slow it or stop it completely. My dad was and is a fighter. Right now we just want him to have peace."
Prayers on the way for our dear friend Vermonter and his family.
What a beautiful and intelligent man is Vermonter.
You are loved, all is well.
My prayers are with you.
I am sorry I have only just seen this.
May the Lord God shed his grace on these in this trying time.

Lost my father to this cancer, too, he was only 43. I pray he has a peaceful and happy death! May God bless Vermonter and his family.

My mother died of pancreatic cancer 22 years ago, plus a very good friend of mine 4 years ago; I know what it is. My prayers go with you and your family.
