Share your thoughts about the Saddleback Civil Forum, which starts at 8:00pm EST..
Will Warren throw softballs on the issue of abortion?
Will he give both candidates free passes?
Will this be an attempt to minimize the lives of the unborn while giving higher priority of less urgent social issues?

I'm just amazed at those on this Fox panel making Obama sound as if he was thoughtful. If he doesn't know immediately what he thinks about these issues at the age of 47 he never will.

You can trust them on property rights. /kelo-sarc.
Yes they are very selfish and self centered, but they don't care about your private property.

“Obama did increase Secret Service at least two times.”
I have not heard this. Has it been on Free Republic? Can you give a link?

Clue for you ~ Rick Warren's church is a "feel good" generally Protestant mega-church. It's not a classical Evangelical church, and I wouldn't talk about what goes on in there as just a matter of "style".
More like a break from TV into RL, but not so much that anyone would get all that disturbed about it.

McCain did a great job. He was very Reaganesque and did nto seem to be trying. He is clearly sharp mentally and his vast experience is obvious. He has learned all the issues. He does not need questions in advance. He really is a senior statesman of our country. And this from me, far from a McCain fan before now. I wondered how much better off we may have been if he had beaten Dubya in 2000, He would have trounced Gore and Kerry

Could someone please take the marbles out of Ann Lewis’ mouth?

Do they even have moderators over there with language like that?
To: cricket
Yeah for sure Cricket.
I think bottom line is that Souterra showed tonight he is not ready and could not possibly be ready with as little experience as he has had for the top job in the world. 143 days wont do.
You can't compare 143 to McCains' lifetime of service, just won't wash.

Blackbarry is so crushed into pulp. I can't wait to hear Prissy Chrissy and KKKeith Uberfuehrerman spin this event in their Monday shows. It'll be worth any price of admission to tune into them and watch them squirm. I'll bet their whole political lives flashed in front of them tonight.

McCain didn't do any better than just about any real Republican ought to be able to do.
He is prepared for the basic moral questions if not the specific government programs supposedly designed to support those principles.
Obama, though, did better than your typical Leftwingtard. He has a Conservative advisor working with his team to make sure he can answer "questions", although he didn't quite know how to tell Warren that "babies" have rights. Of course, we know that Obama doesn't care if you kill a baby ~ just nothing that's going to worry him.

WHere is Sammon working now?I was surprised at his comments as well.

So, this turned out to be a big victory for McCain? A good meeting to attend for him?

Olberboy will probably have one of his “Special Comments” accusing McCain of getting the questions beforehand. It’s a conspiracy between the evil evangelicals and the McCain camp. Warren will be the Worst Person In the World.
