PTO is maxed and Im not losing my earned time off I like our arrangement - we get forced payout of PTO - 2 to 3 hours extra every week never hurt anyone!

I like your arrangement MUCH better. I wish.
It has always annoyed me that there is a penalty for coming to work every day. Only those that take PTO, mostly all the time, get the whole “benefit”, and often with others picking up the slack. Now vacation is another thing.

Agreed...our company lumps it all together; Nana’s company is the same way...almost.
They also lump Holiday into PTO. The hospital works 24/7/365, so you have to take PTO to get an actual holiday day off.
Okay - I’ve done all the paperwork I can manage for now, so I’m going to call it a night.
Got your snail mail this evening, I’ll take care of it tomorrow.
Don’t stay up too late!

Did you get to fly yesterday? It was a great flight and we got back a few hours before the thunderstorms began.
Enjoy your afternoon!

Good morning, Everyone. Good morning
Thank you, Ma, for preparing the Canteen for todays activities.
Ma, I have to say that my heart broke when I saw this: Maxillofacial prosthetic technician Air Force Senior Airman Justin Jones creates new facial features using various techniques and tools to reconstruct facial features of wounded warriors. Thank God someone can do this, but it breaks my heart to think that it's needed!
Now for our localDC Metroland weather report
~ Today....Showers this morning then scattered thunderstorms developing during the afternoon hours. A few storms may be severe. High 82F. Winds NNW at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 40%.
~ Tonight....Variable clouds with scattered thunderstorms. Low 63F. Winds N at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 50%.
It's Friday. Let's have fun!
Time for me to make my rounds. But, you stay right where you are. Don't touch that dial. Don't change that channel. Put down that remote. Don't leave the room. Keep your eyes on your monitor. Cause...............I'll be bock!
And, for the rest of you
..
Now remember, the Canteen is ALWAYS
So, come on in and sit for a while. There's always plenty of coffee, pancakes, conversation, silliness, and plain old BS
REMEMBER THEM
