I know the UN is having an emergency meeting on this, probably to condemn Israel or something.

Good, maybe he’ll announce that the United Nations is preparing a resolution which issues a stern warning - it worked for Iraq, oh, no that’s right it didn’t...and neither than the other 20 resolutions.

I know the UN is having an emergency meeting on this, probably to condemn Israel or something.Don't be so cynical, I'm usre a "resolution" or two hundred will scare Russia just like they scared Saddam Hussein. The only thing a U.N. resolution might do is make them laugh so hard they can't breath.

Maybe he will announce a 15,000,000 man march and condemn Russia’s preemptive strike against NATO.

the UN oh yes this will really help especially since russia has veto power in the UN. i´m shure they will call them self war criminals and will vote to condem their own country.

Good, maybe hell announce that the United Nations is preparing a resolution which issues a stern warning - it worked for Iraq, oh, no thats right it didnt...and neither than the other 20 resolutions.Undoubtedly followed by, if the Russians do not comply, a harshly worded admonitorial.
Meanwhile the presidents of 5 ex soviet satellites will fly to T'blisi ASAP as a real display of solidarity.
These are the guys and actions we should be aligning ourselves with.

I wonder if Bush will utter the phrase, “Putin has assured us...”?

I prefer the term “former captive nation” over “ex-Soviet satellite.” Try it sometime . . . it really pisses Ivan off.

The UN is so feckless, it is beyond my imagination why we allow our government to take billions of our dollars away from us to fund this useless group.
