The Georgian Army really had no place to run to... Too many choke points.. LOC...Russians/Soviets know how to kick ass... Ask Putin about ROE?? Rules of Engagement??? Russians will say ‘WHAT”
To: Jeff Head
The naiveté of Obama in Germany talking about all the walls that have come down. Russia respects only force or the threat of it. McCain understands that; Obama doesn’t or doesn’t care as it interferes with his goal of getting power. The interests of the US are not the same as his.

I saw the videos of the country. It’s gorgeous! It looks a lot like areas of Missouri. I’m certain there are many brothers and sisters in faith there. I know the Good Shepherd will protect his flock. So many of the countries that are now free are beautiful — Hungary, Poland. I worked with a Georgian. She was bright, funny, adorable and happy to be here.
Don’t cry, pray. I will.

I'm glad these aren't strategic decisions I have to make, that is for sure.

I'm not fan of Obama, but I don't take much of anything McCain says to heart. IMO, he's an opportunist. Looking back at his record, he has been quite willing to line up with the leftists if it served his purposes.
I don't trust the guy any father than I can drop-kick him.

I don’t want bush or Cheney anywhere near there. Imagine if the President was in Tbilisi and somehow the Russians snatched him for what they call war crimes.

Thank you. I am trying. I am very upset because my friends in Tbilisi are emailing me and are scared and sad.
It is my second home. I love the people there.
Thank you for your prayers.

I’m well aware of what Obama is. I’m not sure you are well aware of what McCain is.
