You are talking about the Clinton’s, “public marriage” also, wonder how many other politicians have that way of life. Hmmm
I think there are a lot more marriages like this out there than we would assume... Especially when it comes to society-types, and that definitely includes politicians who have or seek and “real power”.
What I don’t understand is how these women - especially liberal-minded women - justify their behavior in response to the public outing of these affairs... You would think in order to set a good example to other women (especially young women) that they wouldn’t be flagrant enablers, but I think that’s lost on them...

Among certain folks in certain high places across cultures, this has been standard for centuries. Today, there are so many more ways for it to get into public knowledge. From what I’ve read, it was actually quite common in the past.
It is also very interesting that on searches on the web you do not find the speculation about personal indiscretions (sex allegations) that you do for other public figures regardless of how true some are. This to me speaks volumes.
