You’re welcome. I’ve been trying to get it somewhere on every page but I’m falling down on the job. :)
What happened to my tagline?
My husband’s right, I’ve been on here too long. He said “I’m just going to close the door for the rest of the week”!
He doesn’t know there are 4 weeks left! LOL!

You may have a valid point. This whole thing DOES confirm that we will play the stupid enviroweenie game until it REALLY begins to affect our wallets. Now that our pockets have been picked by ham-fisted thugs, I believe that, as a nation, we are re-thinking all the enviroweenie nonsense.
I have no problem with wake-up calls and we certainly needed this one. Hopefully, one long-term result that may arise from this issue is that we will begin to seriously explore clean, alternative energy sources. Oil must now be considered as a short-term solution that is needed to sustain us in the near term, but for long-term, it must be something OTHER than oil or bio-fuels.
LOL
I would ask the owner, for sure!
Been gone all morning. Just checking in.
I just called Jim Oberweis office (R- running against Bill Foster in the fall- IL) Suggested he make a visit to D.C. as a “tourist” to see 1st hand what is going on and talk to some of the congressman there. At least in the fall he could say he was there as opposed to the current Dem. rep who isn’t there. I also passed on the www.callcongressback.com site and told them to start passing it on.
Like what? Solar and wind power that have been around since the 80's with no advances?
Oil must now be considered as a short-term solution
Why?
By the way, the Repubs got a bill through congress in 95 and Clinton vetoed it. Dems have blocked drilling ever since.
Hey all - how about we send our gasoline receipts to all the Dems who are looking for election in November as our contribution to their campaign?
That’s a lovely tagline.
GoldwaterChick, I think that your husband knows that you will be following this all the way through election day :)
Call Congress Back

What Pelosi and Democrat dont realize, is, starting today, the longer they dont vote on drilling and all of the above, the higher speculators are going to drive prices, because they know there will still be a limited middle east supply.
I just told another person who had no idea what was going on!
There’s a media blackout on this.
Same here. Told ALL the guys at work, Everyone who calls me here at home..
Family.
Friends.
It’s still under the radar, but not for much longer.
Salazar (D- Colorado) from the Senate is on youtube in which Mitch McConnell (R- Kentucky) mitchslaps him about what is the price point that will cause the Dems to change and Salazar is on record that not even at $10 per gallon will they change.
They have absolutely no understanding of jobs or the economy. Only Enzi (R- Nevada)has ever met payroll and he’s on the right side of this issue.
Nice !
Liberal-fascist dems and MSM are in a DENYAL of the oil problem....It will soon explode in their face!
Let them go on in their absurd way
I was shocked to see Spector come out this morning and call for Congress to be called back.
Why is it that liberals in government demand the dreaded private sector to bail them out of a mess that the government created by implementing counterproductive bans, punitive regulations and taxes?
The private sector will do much better than the public, but FGS keep the government out of it, or no one will touch it!
LOL That’s not meant to you, it’s just a non sequitur.
Those are funny!
Liked “Obamaman”....who can take the sunshiiiine....”
LOL!
Does he plan on being elected again? If the answer is yes, then that’s why he’s there.
