Why is that an issue? His obtaining dual citizenship through his father is completely irrelevant to his eligibility to run for President.
If he is a dual, not eligible for POTUS.
There is nothing preventing a natural-born American citizen who is also a citizen of another country from running for President. My kids will be dual-citizens from birth because I am a dual Canadian/American citizen, but they will be eligible to run for President.
According to Judah, he has spoken with a Hawaii tech person in the Hawaii government (would have to research to get exactly) and he said “There is no way this came from us”. Now we can’t compare with uneducated eyes, these are people who study computers and what they can do for a living.

Doubtful- the certificate has already been released. If it is not a certificate issued by the State of Hawaii, or has been illegally altered, then there is no privacy violation in them pointing out that this is not a legitimate document.
so what you are saying is that somewhere out there there is a foreign country with Barak H. Obama’s name on a birth cirtificate.
That is what needs to be found.
Bingo. I remember reading somewhere in all of these threads a link to an Hawaii spokesperson who DID come out and say this certificate did not come from them.

I also hate to defend Obama, but no one has even come close to showing that the COLB is a forgery, imo.
Techdude’s very first photo example seems to be incorrect. He seems to claim that the end of a diagonal line is a remnant of a missing vertical line.

Regardless of the repercussions it would create within the dem party and the rest of the American left, I find it hard to believe that Hillary would not have been all over this situation a long time ago. With her power, money and connections its also hard to believe that she would not have been able to bribe someone in the Hawaiian govt to get an original copy of the “phony” certificate, or the real cert. showing his birth outside of the US. It sounds like this whole story is a case of wishful thinking. Of course, I certainly don’t put such breathtaking dishonesty past the Obamessiah or the dem. party. It’s what they both live on.

They are not annonymous many people know who they are, and if you read the article and saw the proof then you know it is a fake document. Besides that, fake or not, Obamaosama has yet to prove he is eligible to run for office of President and it is up to him to prove. As I said I don’t think you have good reading comprehension skills. From the way you talk, here and on other threads, trying to discourage any investigation into Obama’s background I would think you want to get him elected. I hope all the states ask this a**hat of a candidate for proof of his eligibility to run and even if only half of them find him not eligible, that will take his butt out of the race. Here’s hoping!
Didn’t he call his Grandmother a racist.Remember this was early 60’s. How would she feel about her daughter having a baby with a black man. Wouldnt she demand/rush her daughter back to US territory (Hawaii) to get that COLB. Bad enough if he was born out of country. As far as the sister’s connection to the BC/COLB I just can’t put that together. Who are her parents (mother)If she was born elsewhere, why take her to Hawaii to get a COLB? So many questions. NO answers.
Actually he has shown enough of them already but he is preparing a complete report. The graphics I have seen clearly show this COLB posted on KOS to be a fake and to be that of his sister. Which is strange to say the least. We will just have to wait and see what happens, but the main thing is this: Fake document or not, Obama has yet to prove he was born in Hawaii and it is up to him to prove it, not up to the people to prove either way.
Of course Hillary's people are pushing this, the whole website of TexasDarlling is a Hillary hot bed. Let me ask you, wouldn't you push it if you were Hillary and in such a way you could say you were not really involved in exposing this?
Hillary won't win if she gets the nomination, but Obama would be crushed forever and that is what I am hoping for.

Law in effect at the time only granted natural-born citizenship to a child of one American parent born overseas IF that parent had resided at least ten years in the U.S., of which five had to be after the age of 16 — i.e., Ann Dunham was not old enough to automatically confer citizenship on her son.
I’ve said all along Hillary will be the nominee since some blockbuster (whatever it is) will come out this month before the convention, or DURING the convention.
She’s only SUSPENDED her campaign, and is waiting in the wings..
