Obama had better hope the Democrats don't pull a repeat of "The Torricelli Maneuver".

They could snatch his name from the nomination in an instant....and they've already had practice at doing so.

If he really doesn't have proof or if there is evidence that he isn't qualified, then expect him to withdrawal his nomination and to back Hillary. He will do this before signing anything that might result in his prosecution.
