I think they said “We can’t tell if it came from us without the certification numbers”.
That’s what one official said, but one person in the graphics department said “they wouldn’t print anything like this”. Now I’m not a tech person, so I probably wouldn’t notice anything about something printed or scanned. (Although it looks like nothing I’ve ever seen scanned before) But you would think the person in the state government that handles their computers would know.
Of course I am taking the word of someone else.
