Judging by the number of phone calls CSPAN is getting, I’d say people are aware of where the real damage is coming from. I, for one, do NOT underestimate FR to get the job done!

As an aside, I told Harriet that he was a coward, and that it appears he would rather run in the face of an important decision. I’ve had a running email battle with him for most of the last year, and it’s gotten now to where I don’t get the form letters with the latest liberal spin...I get short notes in the mail that are signed by him!

What are they gonna do...send in the Black Helicopters? I have a fly swatter just in case!

Yep, and that majority was as slim as a majority can get. Jumpin’ Jim Jeffords proved that. In reality, it was a deadlock an then the MSM jumped on Cheney for the meetings with the oil people. The full-court press was on and the energy bill was stalled indefinitely.
