Because I want to see SOMETHING that indicates there’s something real & viable going on. I was hugely enthused - until the Repubs said “oh, look, time to go home”. They quit before I could even get in the car to head to DC. If I started driving this morning when they started, they’ll be gone before I get there. 9-5 weekday-only revolutions don’t work.
