MEET THE PRESS (NBC): Sens. John Kerry, D-Mass., and Joe Lieberman, I-Conn.
FACE THE NATION (CBS): Former Treasury Secretary Robert Rubin; Carly Fiorina, adviser to John McCain's campaign.
THIS WEEK (ABC): House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., and former Gov. Tom Ridge, R-Pa.; David Gergen, former White House adviser.
LATE EDITION (CNN) : Sen. Claire McCaskill, D-Mo.; former Rep. Rob Portman, R-Ohio; Kenneth Blackwell, former Ohio secretary of state; Ron Kirk, former Dallas mayor; Maj. Gen. Mark Hertling, the commander of U.S. forces in northern Iraq; Tzipi Livni, Israeli foreign minister; James K. Glassman, undersecretary of state for public diplomacy and public affairs; Laura Tyson, adviser to Barack Obama; Nancy Pfotenhauer, adviser to John McCain.
So now Donna Brazil says it’s a good and healthy thing for Obama to inject race into the campaign.
Brazil remains a racist at heart.
Then Gergan has to agree. Democrats have hidden agendas and claim they don’t.
Queen Nancy on ABC is not doing so good. Saying she is not giving the gavel away...blahblahblah..she is stammering quite a bit. She has lost her POWER...LOL
I step away from the computer for a few moments, and you beat me to the Congressional Record. LOL! Thanks for posting it.
There are times that HDTV is painful.
please remind me to FReemail you ,... nothing earth shattering , just a funny Queen Nancy thing
Pelosi lying through her teeth trying to paint the Republican’s bill as a DRILL ONLY bill. They need to get the talking points out to refute her lies ASAP!
I said, See ya’ Larry...he can really be a moron at times...LOL
Enjoy the round table. It gets worse, racially.
Please do! Nancy saying it’s a free world...(except in her Poliburo in the House)...(eye roll)
oooooo , ..**gasp**
Juan Williams just uttered , a desciption that has been said to descibe Barry
“an empty vessel of change”
{ {{ what out Juan }} }
Not going to watch it...LOL. Just watching Nancy for soundbites. She is doing a really bad job. Lot’s of stammering for Mark Levin’s show if he’s interested...LOL
The objective of that is to prevent the president from making any recess appointments.
The Republicans (actually, any single Senator) have the power to object. There being no objection, the schedule was agreed to.
The Democrat leadership of the Senate has been filling extended breaks in legislative action with pro forma sessions (with the same purpose) for a year or more.
The only plus in his column is that he's a staunch defender of Israel. Other than that... he's just another blood-sucking socialist.
I slept in today till a quarter after 10 today (been doing that alot lately) so I missed Fox News Sunday today. Geuss I didn't miss much. Huh.
I don’t think Juan likes Hussein very much.
It was a wonderful call indeed. Truly a classy family! Rush was deeply touched.
Drilling in our own country involves more than just money.
Money is nice.
But it would be even nicer not to be dependent on oil from the middle east and to be able to tell those arabs to sell sand ... if they could. Florida might buy some.
I didnt think this was new news.
((((
The point, Morgan, is that it did not make “the news” at all! Days of coverage of the intent of a McCain ad, and no coverage of the Senate’s lack of ethical behavior.
One of the reasons that the Republicans stayed in the House was because there is a ‘rule’? that both Houses have to agree on what happens when they leave a session, and since the Senate is going to continue to have sessions there was no ‘agreement between the Houses.”
True reporters of Congressional affairs should have at least mentioned this development.
Remember the scolding nasty media coverage of President Bush going on a month-long vacation in the summer of 2001!
