There must be a sum total of 14 people who can face the media. Agree ... I'd like to see more of Congressman Paul Ryan (R-WI), 1st District. He was on CNBC a week ago and he gets it!
Anyone out there in his district?

'Farmers used to use windmills too.'
I think they still do. There are a lot of them in West Texas - too far to lay electric lines, usually.

Kerry arguing that Obama was central to passing a recent Ethics bill, and Lieberman interrupted with a list of other names that were more relevant.
Looks like Lieberman's blood is pumping here. He just accused Kerry of disrespecting our troops... This is entertainment!

How anyone, including Daschle himself, can sit there with a straight face while he is talking is beyond me.

The windmills are still there, so are the wind turbines.
We need to pull out all the stops including nuclear and especially hydro.
Other than nuclear, ALL other energy, oil, wind, solar, hydro, coal, firewood etc. comes from the sun.

My point. Using wind power is possible, but when there is an opportunity to ‘upgrade’ to a generator or engine that uses fuel, it is a much more productive form of energy. Americans want economic growth, so Americans want more fuel!

Kerry is an un-American traitor to our country, plain and simple. He’s a disgrace to the United States and useful idiots in MA keep electing him to the US Senate.

Kerry is trying to marginalize the "surge", Lieberman keeps interrupting him. Kerry's condescending laugh is occasionally heard in the background.
Lieberman's explaining why he's crossing party lines to support McCain. Explains that if he's asked to go to the RNC, that he won't trash Obama, but will ask people to unite. [end]
