Fox News is announcing that Tony Snow has died.
Heartbreaking news.
His last post on FR was to you, Schwarzeneger. I can’t think of a better person for him to have spoken with.

Just turned on the computer and came here for news..... and found this sad, sad news. Such a loss, such a good man. I will miss knowing he is in the world.
But, I remember also that he was a man of faith, with a firm belief in God. I know where he is right now. He is home with the Lord, waiting for the rest of us.
“We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord. 2Corinthians 5 vs 8”
There is comfort and confidence in this belief. I sincerely pray that in the hours and days ahead his family and ALL his friends, everywhere, will take solace in this. Tony fought his fight, and it was a good one. For the believer, however, the day of death is also Victory Day. But, for me today, I sigh and am sad at Tony’s passing.

Tony appeared to have two qualities that are lacking in our society.....humility and decency. We need many more like him. Sincere condolences to his family.
May his soul and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the Mercy of God, rest in peace.
Our local radio carried Tony’s show, that along with watching him on TV, and then as Press Sec. is how I “knew” Tony...Prayers up for his family and friends. He will be missed by alot of us.
I’m crying in a Starbucks in Colorado Springs.....this is so, so sad.
I’m crying so hard, I can’t even see to type.
I have one consolation I can think of- I know I’ll see him again but that doesn’t mean that I don’t miss him being here.
I still remember the days when all of the Snowflakes sat at pc’s and laptops, listening to Tony and typing comments on the daily radio show thread. I still miss those days, too.
God hold Jill and the children in the palm of His hands.
To Tony - I’m sure God is saying “Well done, good and faithful servant.
I have shed a tear for a friend and a brother I have never met.
RIP Tony.
You were a voice of reason and sanity, and will be sorely missed.
My prayers and condolences to his Family, Friends, and FRiends.
Oh tol, I will always remember Tony telling him "they think you're hot!" Such a nice memory that will always make me chuckle.
